Submission of copy: Space rates include typesetting and two, one-color scans per ad. Four-color scans are $58.00 each. Graphic design is available for an additional charge upon request. One-color ads may be furnished camera-ready or electronically with proof. Furnished four-color ads must be provided electronically with color proof. Acceptable Mac applications include: Quark, Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Page Maker. Eventwise can accept 100MB & 250MB Zips or 1GB Jaz disks, and CD's. Bleeds available on four-color ads at no additional charge. Binding: Saddle stitched. Bleeds: Allow 1/8" bleed trim on all four sides. Publication Trim Size: 5.375" x 8.375".
